波兰奥斯威辛国际社会政治海报双年展在2006年设立，2008年第二届双年展共有来自18个国家和地区（白俄罗斯、中国、克罗地亚、捷克、法国、匈牙利、伊朗、日本、韩国、澳门、德国、波兰、塞尔维亚、土耳其和美国与英国）的173位设计师提交的342件海报作品，评审团决议共有70件作品入选成为本届双年展的展品。
