2007年8月30日中钢国际广场（天津）有限公司与MAD正式签订协议，委托MAD完成其位于天津塘沽响螺湾商务区一号基地的320米超高层，中钢国际广场的建筑工程设计。同时委托上海江欢成建筑设计有限公司作为该项目的结构设计方。
去年MAD完成了该项目的概念设计。
中钢国际广场（天津）的投资方包括美国MGM MIRAGE公司和北京钓鱼台国宾馆。该项目将于2007年底开工，并于2012年完成整个工程。
Sinosteel International Plaza (Tianjin) Development Co. signed the design contract with MAD on 30th, August, 2007. MAD is committed to complete the construction design of Sinosteel International Plaza (Tianjin), which locates in the No. 1 site of Xiangluo Wan CBD area, Tanggu, Tianjin. Jiang Architects & Engineers is committed to be in collaboration with MAD as the structure engineer. The height of this plaza is 320m. And MAD finished the concept design of this project last year.
The joint developer of this project also includes MGM MIRAGE Co. from US and Beijing Diaoyutai National Hotel. The plaza will start to be constructed from the end of 2007 and is planned to be completed in 2012.
